We prepare quotes for our services based upon the information of your forthcoming event.
We need the following information:
• Location (town)
• Date
• Number of people attending
• Set up time (i.e. when will we need to be on site for delivery)
• Performance time (estimate)
• Break down time (when can we clear away)
Are there likely to be hidden extras?
We at White Rose Events try very hard to avoid surprise 'extras' as they are very irritating indeed. However, if your requirements change then it is perfectly reasonable for us to revise the quote and the event proposal.
